After graduating from culinary school, I worked under a celebrity master chef perfecting my skills at a molecular gastronomy restaurant near Washington D.C.
I then became an Executive Pastry Chef for a fine dining, members only club in Baltimore. (Pat Sajak always ordered my Flourless Chocolate Cake with Raspberry Coulis)
Prior to that I owned my own dance studio and taught Hip Hop at McDaniel College. Most recently I was a district manager for a Vermont restaurant group.
I am extremely happy to have the opportunity to be a part of the Creative Labels of Vermont team.
My favorite things include alternative rock concerts, fireworks, carnivals and Niagara Falls.
