Software Versions Artwork for all design files should be saved in the following versions – we prefer them to be saved as Native Application files or high resolution PDF or EPS Files. No Other files will be accepted without prior approval.
Please call before sending your data and if sending via e-mail, please confirm the proper address with your Customer Service Representative.
If your files are too large to send via email, our FTP site can be used for art upload. Simply notify your Customer Service Representative and we will create a custom folder and credentials that is a quick, easy and secure way for you to provide us with your artwork files.
Photoshop is intended as an image-modifying program and should not be used for setting type but if so, all type should be on a separate layer for trapping or re-setting purposes.
Linked Files All linked art files must be included with artwork as separate files or should be embedded.
File resolution should be set at a minimum of 300 DPI at finished size and any RGB files should be converted to CMYK.
Any fonts used should be included with your artwork or outlined prior to sending. It should be noted that no text corrections can be made to files with outlined text and new files will be needed for any future changes.
We are able to add or make changes to supplied work but that may warrant an additional cost. The extent of and time needed to make requested alterations will determine any associated costs - all the more reason to make sure you have provided the most complete, highest quality files possible, which will also result in the best finished label product.
