Artwork For PrePress File Specifications
Artwork for all design files should be saved in the following versions – we prefer them to be saved as Original Files or EPS files. No other files will be accepted without prior approval.
Please call before sending your data and if sending via e-mail, please confirm the proper address with your Customer Service Representative.
Software Version Operating System
Photoshop is intended as an image-modifying program and should not be used for setting type.
All linked art files must be included with artwork as separate files or should be embedded.
File resolution should be set at a minimum of 300 DPI at finished size and any RGB files should be converted to CMYK. Any fonts that are used should be included with your artwork.
If the text is outlined, output resolution should be set as 300 DPI.

Checklist: Have you supplied the Following?
- Fonts: Postscript, Opentype or Truetype
- Outlined text
- Linked Artwork
- Embedded Artwork
- Vector File
- Flat file (un-editable – jpeg, tiff, Photoshop)
- Color breaks, PMS colors and/or CMYK
- Exact final shape and size of your labels
- UPC number, additional text info if any (ie. nutrition facts, ingredients, etc..)
